8 Days of Outfits to Set You Up for Spring

www.thelovelist.wtf

I promised you a Spring fashion issue, and here she is. Using items from my own closet, we put together 8 days' worth of looks that can be worn throughout the season. Back to the office? I got you. Social schedule picking up? Here’s what to wear. As always, I’m encouraging you to shop your own closet first and not take this guide as gospel — you don’t have to have these exact items to pull off the looks below, the point is to invest in quality basics that you can wear and wear again, and then restyle them in the new season with smart accessories.

I selected the best-in-class version of the staples below, but if you click on any button that says “Shop the Look”, it will take you to a page with other options at different price points, including vintage and sustainable pieces. I personally spend on special dresses, shoes, and bags and pull back on basics like white jeans, bike shorts, and hair accessories. But prioritize your shopping based on what genuinely makes you feel good. Not everyone’s a shoe person!

I own all of these items below (some were gifted) which is important to note because I want you to know I have truly worn and road-tested them. Nothing requires any weird underwear (shapewear in hot weather is a no for me), everything fits generously and doesn’t restrict movement (again, I hate tight things when it’s warm out), everything is easy to care for, and all of the shoes are genuinely comfortable. Let’s get into it.

For date night: The Row dress // Frankie Shop blazer (obsessed with anything this shade of espresso right now) // Cuup bra // Acne Studios bag (this color brings any outfit current) // Amina Muaddi pumps (the flared heel is surprisingly supportive) // Dorsey earrings

SHOP THE LOOK

For girl’s night: The Attico shirt (I’d throw this on open, over the dress) // The Row dress (repeats are chic) // Bottega Veneta sunglasses // Gia Borghini sandals (they need breaking in) // Emi Jay hair clip // Bottega Veneta bag (similar) // Completedworks earrings (would also make a great bridal gift — something blue!)

SHOP THE LOOK

For weekend brunch: The Attico shirt // Cuup bra // H&M bike shorts // Bottega Veneta sunglasses // Amina Muaddi pumps // Jacquemus Bambino mini bag

SHOP THE LOOK

For Saturday shopping: The Attico shirt // Bea Bongiasca pinkie ring (obsessed with her things right now) // H&M white jeans (button-fly and just the right amount of give!) // The Attico heels (make sure you get the 115mm heel height, the higher ones are un-walkable)

SHOP THE LOOK

For the office return: Frankie Shop blazer // The Attico stirrup leggings // Acne Studios mini bag // Bea Bongiasca pinkie ring // Bottega Veneta pumps (these are so comfortable and secure on the foot, I can run laps in them)

SHOP THE LOOK

For every day: The Attico shirt // Dorsey earrings // The Attico stirrup leggings // Jacquemus mini bag // Gia Borghini sandals // Toteme oversize sweater

SHOP THE LOOK

For unpredictable weather: Khaite leather and canvas jacket // Emi Jay clip // Toteme oversize sweater // Bottega Veneta sunglasses // H&M bike shorts // Bottega Veneta pumps

SHOP THE LOOK

For getting that cost per wear down: Emi Jay clip // Skims t-shirt // H&M white jeans // Bottega Veneta bag // Khaite leather and canvas jacket // Gia Borghini heels
