They even found the watch I wanted and shipped it in time despite it looking like it would be available until March. All this to say, some of the luxury brands have wonderful SAs that can help execute when you send them your hint. Don’t be afraid to use them!
When I got married, through what I can only describe as sheer genius, I set up a Pinterest board titled “Maybe You Would Like to Buy Me a Gift??” and sent the link to my husband. That things has netted me so many excellent gifts. He loves it because he knows he’s always getting me something I’ll love. It is now stocked with handbags and puppies, but I will be adding that khaite sweater and Renato cipullo letter! Always the best from you, Jess! Xoxox
Yes! My board is called "Things someone could totally buy me if they wanted." In addition to being a ready-made link for the holidays, it has given me a really great wishlisting outlet. I have poor impulse control and a habit of buying myself so many little gifts, a la Agent Dale Cooper, that it takes away the moderately priced/stocking stuffer options for my husband. Now I try to pin to that board (and my Imaginary Wardrobe one) instead of automatically treating myself!
