Finding the fun every single day is a brilliant plan. Something else that worked for me - from Gabby Bernstein - is a rampage of gratitude. Set a timer for five minutes and just write down everything you’re thankful for - big and small. After that timer goes off, you’ll feel better than you did before you started. I promise
