The holy trinity really does make beautiful clothes. My ultimate cool girl designer is Nili Lotan. If I had the means I would dress head to toe in her clothes.

I love her too, that suede barn jacket this season is killer

Yes! It’s perfection!

I loved this piece and your pulls but I am ready to make a confession: I don’t think I’m a Khaite, The Row, Toteme girlie. I have some beautiful pieces I love (especially from Toteme), but at the end of the day, these looks look like someone I admire, not the person I am. But I love seeing others rock them!

you don't have to be!

That belted Loewe top is an absolute dream.

Expand full comment

I knew you'd like that one

Expand full comment

Let’s all get it. Belted Loewe triplets.

I think it’s the coat for me

Expand full comment

Omg the Loewe coat. I want to cry.

The new Toteme bag is VERY pretty

I thought so too then I went on net-a-porter and the video makes it seem like the opening is impractical for daily use.:(

Expand full comment

Oh no! You’re probably right. I hate when a bag looks good but doesn’t function as expected.

Expand full comment

Hi! I just got this bag and it’s actually fantastic. Opening is solid, bag is deep but no so deep you can’t find anything and the strap goes over my shoulder even with a jacket on. I love this bag

Expand full comment

Oh amazing! It does look very good

Expand full comment

the little buckle on the front is very Hermes so I have been styling it open the way a lot of people do with their Kelly bags

Expand full comment

Love that! The shape does remind me of a kelly shoulder bag or the row backpack 11

And I want every outfit. Even more than usual. That green Loewe coat. Deceased.

So chic + I love that none of it feels overly complicated. Just high-quality pieces that speak for themselves.

You get it!

I want everything😭😭

Really love reading your pieces!

Thank you! Glad you're here

The green savette bag stole the show for me

She’s pretty fantastic

Now I just need the budget to buy every one of these outfits. All of them are 😘

And also: the quotes.

Any thoughts if debating between the toteme t lock and the belted tote?

Expand full comment

Belted all the way

Expand full comment

I loved this piece...as I do all of your pieces! Do you think The Row N/S park tote is worth the price? Or do you have another black bag at that price that you love better?

Expand full comment

But if you want a black tote then I think it's very much about the toteme bucket bag rn

Expand full comment

Thank you so much! This is just the nudge I needed to get the toteme one!

Expand full comment

I got it too :) we can be twins

Expand full comment

I love the Park tote but get it in a brown leather -- then it will patina really beautifully as you beat it up!

Expand full comment

These are all beautiful but I’m genuinely curious who can afford to regularly shop at these places

Expand full comment

Plenty of people, many of them readers of this newsletter. We have a lot of cool women with big jobs who are badasses and like to look the part.

Interesting 🤔💯

I ususally splurge on several pieces and then include reasonably priced dupes because I enjoy having a roof over my head:)

I wish Khaite fit petite humans. Somewhere along the line, the sizing changed, and it just feels impossible to find a piece that fits, even with a great tailor.

Expand full comment

do you follow @shayinjune? She is a great resource for petites and wears lots of Khaite

Expand full comment

This is a great one! Thanks for the rec.
