The markdowns have kicked in earlier than ever this year, so in the interest of prime selection, I’m sending out our Black Friday / Cyber Monday guide a few days earlier than planned. That way, you can have it on hand this evening, tomorrow afternoon post-turkey nap, or on Cyber Monday when your inbox is so overwhelming you want to delete the whole damn thing.

This letter is full of exclusive discount codes you won’t find elsewhere, private sale links not advertised to the public, and heads up on deals that aren’t even live yet. Earlier this month, I gave y’all a heads up to download the Vestiaire Collective app to mark items you’re eyeballing, because price drops were on the horizon. They’re here now — up to 80% (!) off. If you see something you’ve been tracking, be quick. And remember to filter your search by the country you live in to avoid that VAT.

Sephora: Almost too many deals to name. Check the front page and scroll down to “Cyber Weel Deals” for discounts up to 50% on hot tools, skincare, fragrance and other giftables.

Nordstrom: The deals go deep here. If I’m going to cherry-pick, I’d say begin with the 40% off designer discount page.
