Thanks Jess! Only tweak I would make is that (full
Disclosure I’m an MD so only go to derms for any procedures === tribal behavior
Anyway defo need laughing gas for the Morpheus & a benzo
I see 3-5 days downtime (I hammer at the eyes so duh) but swear by it & the laser regime , dysport for my 11’s & don’t do fillers .. I do use RF to try to build collagen as well AND had an excellent lower face lift & Blech at ~ 58.. do that cuts back a TON on makeup/maintenance etc 🥰🥰😘😘
Thank you for your honesty about the work you get done. As food for thought, I'll leave this here, as it's made me re-think doing anything besides at-home basic skincare (I'll be 41 next month): https://www.hellogloria.com/essays/jessica-defino-beauty-industry
I like Jessica Delfino's newsletter a lot! She offers an excellent perspective I often consider. Ultimately this is just what I choose for myself. I get so many questions about what I do that I find it easier to round it up in a newsletter than answer bit-by-bit on IG. Thanks for sharing!
I found it reassuring seeing some of my go-tos on here too!
La Roche Posay’s Cicaplast Baume B5!!!! I have such oily skin in the summer and then it goes painfully flaky dry starting ... very soon. This product is a godsend, and also affordable!
I've also battle acne my whole life and have been on E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. on the market at some point another. Paula's Choice BHA 2% worked for a long time, until it didn't. No shade, because I'm entering peri-menopause and my skin went bananas. I also switched to tretinoin and spironolactone and my skin has never looked better (other than post-Accutane, when ever layer of my skin had shedded).
I did read that Clean Skin Club towels are in fact biodegradable and compostable. This is the only reason I use them. Have you read or heard something different?

I didn’t know that but if it’s true that makes me so happy!
Yes, I believe it is true unless the company is greenwashing. I really hope not...
