THE LIST: Tassels, Turquoise, and Toteme
Is 2026 the year of the peptide?
Hi! Just a few quick love notes today before a big, capital-F FUN announcement on Friday. (Hint: another Substack Starter Pack is coming your way).
Attersee has restocked the reader-favorite tassel scarf! I doubt it will last long. P.S., If you’re into that whole opera stole vibe, also check out the men’s store at Bergdorf’s, specifically the Charvet section.
I’m into Jacques Marie Mage’s collaboration with Dinè (Navajo) and Ute artist Bo Joe, whose contemporary approach to tufa casting, silversmithing, and turquoise inlay has made him one of the most compelling Native American jewelry artists working today. Would look even better in this extremely slick case.
It’s a foulard winter.
Are you doing Dry January? Damp January? California sober January? I have some suggestions. Aside from our beloved Ghia, I’ve been into THC infusions lately, especially before bedtime. oHHo’s mood-boosting seltzer is super subtle, and their dark chocolate for nighttime has 40mg CBN, which is guaranteed to zonk you out with just a tiny square. And then of course there’s my all-time favorite, Cann. I personally prefer the little flavorless packets you can dump into an existing drink, but the Grapefruit Rosemary cans are delicious on their own.
January’s energy always makes me want to hit reset on the mundane. I audit the tiny everyday things. For example, I went through the supplements I take and double-checked ingredients, medication compatibility, and asked ChatGPT which ones are better taken at what time of day or point in my cycle. Things I’m sticking with? Ritual’s Hyacera for skin health, Synbiotic for my gut, and Timeline’s Mitopure longevity supplement. I’m also going to add peptides to my stack this year, after many, many of my friends have been raving about them. Anyone else? Is this the year of mainstream peptides?
Another audit took place in my sock and underwear drawers. I retired old bras and refreshed standby styles (Scoop for tees, Balconette for sweaters, Plunge for most everything else) from Cuup, (plus a little something fun), bought new socks from Smartwool, Charvet, and Lisa Yang, and chucked anything looking worse for wear, including a check-in on all my tights.
If you’re organizing and purging this week, I’m right there with you. I have a guide both for organizing your clothes and caring for them. I’d also add S-hooks for hanging your jeans, and soft drawer organizers for aforementioned bras and socks.
A clever Khaite necklace modeled after their enduring Lotus tote.
R.I.P. to a great one. Get a pair now before they’re gone forever.

ToteME! Ya I know I love it. ❣️❣️
Wearing a vintage turquoise ring today— as if on cue!
