I have never tried Jamie Haller! Meg Strachan wrote a long post about hers on her Substack and she loves them. The leather looks softer on the Jamie Haller, and Emme's look a bit more polished? I don't think you can go wrong either way, though.
Late to the game but JH are very unstructured while the emme are structured. Different look, vibe and fit. I love both but I find unstructured shoes aren't great for lots of walking
