I worked on an oyster farm on Cape Cod in 1998 and 1999...On our way back in from working the "breakfast tide" we would shuck a dozen oysters right there on the boat and have them for "breakfast".... I was not familiar with this poem, but have already begun to commit it to heart. Thank you!
