February and September are my two least favorite months to get dressed. In September, you have new fall clothes at the ready but it’s still too broiling hot to wear them. In February, the sun hasn’t come out for weeks and you’re sick of the sweaters you were looking forward to in September.
I put together some easy, elegant outfit ideas to help you bridge the February gap. There’s a little something for everyone here: the work-from-homers, the office sirens, even some shorts and sandals for those of you who are lucky enough to live in warmer climes. As usual, the selects are understated and cool, comprised of well-made closet “lifers” that you can wear for a long time. That’s our thing here — always has been, always will be, no matter what’s trending otherwise.
You’ll notice a healthy selection of pieces from G. Label by goop in this edit, who have partially sponsored this send. GP and team have brought on a new Design Director, Sofia Menasse, who hails from Maison Margiela and, prior to that, The Row. These pieces are from her first collection release (available as of Friday, February 21).
» I always ask for a code when we work with brands, I think it’s a nice thing to extend y’all a discount when and where we can. Use code LOVELIST15 for 15% off G. Label on goop.com.

Here for it (if I never see my September sweaters again…)
Hi Jess! Every one of these looks is so put together and beautiful! MY DREAM!! Those black drop crotch pants - are they the Khaite Trenton? Have you tried those? I’m looking for a black slim-ish pant that has some chill. Love your newsletter, always.
