Who is Jess Graves?

I founded The Love List in 2011 as a lifestyle blog and style column in Atlanta magazine, where I was a contributing writer for eight years. An early publisher in the space, it was called “The Blog That Started it All” by Barney’s New York, named one of Town & Country’s favorite websites, and I was named by Southern Living as one of the “75 Most Stylish Southerners.” I shuttered it in 2018 to focus on my client-facing business, Graves Creative.

In 2021, I revived The Love List as a Substack newsletter, and it remains one of the platform's top 25 fashion and beauty outlets.

My work has appeared in publications like Vogue, Town & Country, Complex, Vanity Fair, Eater, Four-Pins, InStyle, GQ, and Food & Wine.

After spending ten years in Atlanta, I relocated to the Gramercy Park area of New York City, where I live today with my partner and two dogs.
