Overnight oats, blueberries, spoon of natural peanut butter. It's like Drano for your system.

My daughter who is probably your age convinced me to try this. My husband couldn't take it - too effective for him. This combo is beyond good for you - just try and LMK!

I will second the oats, peanut butter, high fiber fruit/berry combo! And All. The. Water.

I read the rest of the replies and will also second the massage or even a theragun. Sometimes muscle tightness can actually restrict digestion—Try to get release in those ab and tush muscles.

Triple Mag from Vital Nutrients. 2-3 capsules a night. You will never be constipated again. Also helps with sleep.

I love magnesium for sleep but never tried for 💩

Give it a try, but this particular one. It has 3 types of magnesium. At first you may need to take up to 4 to get things moving but after that you can cut back to 2-3.

Beautiful post and most meaningful you gave yourself the grace to chill. For me, stress makes me bloated/downright inflamed. Decompressing is best medicine. Maybe a deep tissue massage for lymphatic drainage? I swear by 500mg of magnesium every night before bed. That is my Draino!

Be well!

When I’m constipated and have a massage booked, I tell my masseuse at the beginning of the appointment and ask for a belly massage. Things usually start to move the next day!

I also love Sunfiber (mixed every morning in with my AG1). Also for the true 911 moments, TMI but “Colon Cleanse” in a red bottle from Whole Foods (also on Amazon so you can have it sent to your cute little cottage!). A godsend when traveling and/or I am stressed and my body is sluggish and can’t catch up. IYKYK. Also love Winged sleepyhead gummies for sleep (I read that Gucci Westman also takes them so that was enough for me). Enjoy the sunshine, water, birdies.. it will be the best medicine!

After a few surgeries last year I've learned some tricks to wake up the system! Increase your fiber - I prefer metamucil. get the powder kind that mixes with water and use two large spoonfuls every day. If you need even more help, don't leave your house, and put miralax in your coffee (only if you get desperate!). Otherwise, lots and lots of veggies and don't stop the routine once you're normal. keep up the routine several days longer than you think you should. Bloat for me happens for so many reasons. I try to minimize by over hydration with electrolytes, cut out sugar/dairy and reduce gluten, and if it's hormonal be nice to your body and take a walk after meals and use a digestive enzyme (I like pure encapsulations). You'll probably be healed by Montauk - it's the best medicine!

The arrae bloat pills do wonders for me. Not a magical cure all but definitely gives me relief and they’re available on Amazon prime now.

J.S Health magnesium, and her detox/debloat. And Dr. Stolberg’s Rest + Digest Tea. I’ve also been taking Seed probiotic forever and it’s definitely helped me with my digestion, and being able to stay regular. Hope you get some relief!
