Truly doing the lord’s work here!! My injector here in LA retired last year, Dr Mark Rubin, and life hasn’t been the same since. If there is anyone with an absolutely stellar rec for LA… I would be in eternal gratitude!!

I work with my derm, Dr. Saundra Seaman, just outside of DC for my filler and IPL (face and hands). She keeps me from looking overly done. My pedis are done in College Park, MD by Dana Ready or K Sister Nails in Fort Lee, NJ (both clean and thorough, one more lux than the other). Thank you for sharing!

Great list. Also recommend perfectderma peel for all Fitzpatrick skin types, Moxi laser for texture, PRF for undereye darkness, PDGF for deep malar fat pad rejuvenation around your nose, and Sculptra for temples and submalar hollowing.

Love this content, Jess! Man oh man I wish I lived in NY, but alas, I'm a Philly girl. My Philly recs are: Joanna Kula, founder and lead esthetician of Skin Devotee, for the BEST facials; she has magical hands. Maria Gulraiz at Rescue for superior eyebrow threading and tinting. Dr. Nazanin Saedi at Plymouth Meeting Dermatology Associates for the most perfectly placed Botox and natural, undetectable filler and lasers.

The Rescue Spa in Philly is better imo!

I would look better if I lived in NYC for sure but...c'est la vie, I do not. I have done Botox twice at a very reputable spot in SF and the first time was ok in my 11's but it in my masseter gave me the worst headache I have ever had. (My TMJ dentist Dr Jennifer Buchanan in Marin County is not a fan of it, says it wears down the muscle so I am going with her rec.) The second time was a disaster and I looked weird so I gave it up. I am resigned to aging naturally...with good haircuts, massages and facials and avoiding the sun and people tell me my skin looks good so I must be doing something right!

you might look better in NYC, but everyone else does too, so the pressure to keep up is wayyyy higher. It's a spectrum!

hiii also in SF — highly recommend Dr. Afshin Parhiscar in Walnut Creek. He does all his own injections. Got my lips filled and had an amazing experience
