Texan here, born and raised. While I’ve never dressed like this, these pieces are over the top fun and have me second guessing my life choices. (What is that Gigi Burris butterfly hat!?)
Also: I'm going in D.C. on July 7th, and it could be in the mid-90s with full humidity. As much as I want to wear fringed jackets and chaps, it's going to be sweltering. Any ideas outside of jean shorts and a tank to feel my best and stand out? (I'm liking the bandanas and jewelry!)
